The Whitchurch on Thames Photographic Society has been running for over 25 years and is affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain and is a member of the Chilterns Association of Camera Clubs. It was previously called the Whitchurch Hill Camera Club.

Membership Prices, 2023 - 24 season
- Annual Membership: £50.00
- Under 21's: £25.00
- Students in full time education: £25.00
- Non-members Contribution £5.00 per visit
- Under 21 and Student visitor £ 2.00 per visit
- Non-members and visitors may attend any number of meetings throughout the season subject to the above payment per meeting.
- Only members who have paid their Annual Subscription will be eligible to enter competitions.
